But now, I've learned to love my husband's family even more. Probably beca...We've always called it dressing! Probably because no one in our families actually stuffs the turkey. =P So, it's just a side dish for us. And, OMG, is it the best! I made (and hosted) Thanksgiving dinner twice while we were in Hawaii. This year, we're going to visit family and it's going to be a little strange, I think! Nice to see family, but strange not to be in on all the cooking and work. Hope you find some way to enjoy your first Thanksgiving in Hawaii! His mother makes a special chicken and rice casserole for him every year. <br /><br />My family makes the stuffing on the side, and we call it dressing. Our big dessert is pumpkin pie and cheesecake.
