Meal Planning Monday - Week 9

Hello from sunny Cozumel! We've made it to week nine of meal planning. Lucky for me, there is next to no cooking on my part. Until Saturday Hubs and I will be enjoying gourmet food on our cruise. Although I won't be cooking, I wanted to share inspiration and dinner ideas for everyone else. These are my choices based off of the daily cruise menus.

Week 8 Menu:
Monday: Petite Filet Mignon with vine ripe tomatoes and mozzarella
Tuesday: Braised Lamb Shank with spinach, mushrooms and fresh bacon
Wednesday: Tender Roasted Prime Rib with arugula, mint and vegetable salad
Thursday: Penne Siciliana with cream of brocoli
Friday: Braised Short Rib with french onion soup and black bean soup
Saturday: BBQ Chicken and Hotdogs
Sunday: Orange Chicken with fried rice

  1. mmm, cruise food is yummy! they do a great job. enjoy your week off from cooking! i was not too big on the desserts, but the soft serve was really good!

  2. I definitely get ideas of what to make based on eating out- but I try to make it healthier, or change something that makes it easier for me. :) I'm lacking some inspiration lately, so I hope to get some more when we're eating out. I hope the cruise is amazing!

I'm linking up with you guys, today too! I always meal plan on Monday's and link up to another blog, but I am needing more ideas, too!! :)
