Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies

Looking for a yummy healthy snack that is perfect for the kiddos? Influenster sent a Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookie for us to test out. V and I shared one of these individually packed cookies and fell in love! They practically fall apart in your mouth with how soft and homemade tasting they are. It was almost like a bowl of oatmeal in cookie form. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to warm it up a bit.

These delicious cookies are nice and chewy and made with whole grain Quaker Oats. They are a great source of fiber with only 6 grams of fat per serving so it's OK to indulge a little bit! You can find these at most major retailers for $2.69 for a box of 6.
