Since V has been acting extra crazy lately, so I was extremely happy to finally be able to get her started. For now she'll be going Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and we'll see how that goes.Since today is Tuesday, she goes back tomorrow! Yay! Two days in a row is exactly the break that mommy needs!
My only complaint about the preschool is that the owner doesn't seem super organized. Like no one had any idea she was starting today, and the owner didn't happen to be there. She also told us that we could drop off and pick up at any time, when clearly we were late this morning.
Today, Adri and I will spend the day cleaning up and hanging out. Next week we'll start our brand new routine! The commissary is now open on Mondays again, so after dropping V off, we'll head there. Shopping with one kid vs. two will be glorious!
Caesar's vet appointment went great yesterday! He got his microchip put in and his blood drawn for the rabies test. Now we just have to wait 120 days, and he should be good to go to Hawaii! I felt like such a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders after that appointment. I was also able to get a rabies certificate signed with a pen, and I ordered one from our vet in Georgia. Everything is falling into place!
Hubs is meeting with the assignment officer today, to hopefully find out when we'll actually be heading to Hawaii.

How exciting for you to have a couple days "off" in a row :) My son starts preschool this week also and I am a little less excited then he is...I like a wimp. haha!
ReplyDeleteSo happy that things are going well!!! :) Lets hope it stays that way and I hope V enjoys preschool.
ReplyDeleteHope your orders come through soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad things are going good and hope she had a great first day!
ReplyDeleteHope things go well at her school! I remember my mom taking my sister and me to the commissary. I don't know how she didn't murder us.
ReplyDeleteSo jealous about the preschool bit. Not an option for us this year and I'm kinda wondering how we will survive without someone to babysit my kid a couple days a week??? I will live vicariously through you. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear where you're going in Hawaii.
I just found a preschool here and I cannot wait for Piglet to start! Mama needs a break!
ReplyDeleteI love going grocery shopping with no kids. You'll still have one I know but it still makes things easier! I hope ours opens again on Mondays soon.
ReplyDeletehappy 1st day! I hope it and the 2nd day both went well!
ReplyDeleteSuch good news all around! I hope V is enjoying school and I'm so happy to hear things are going smoothly for your pup!
