Meal Planning Monday - Week 21

I already feel like it's going to be one of those weeks. It rained all weekend and my weather app has it raining for the rest of the week as well. Gloomy days always put me in a blah mood. The girls aren't exactly huge fans of being locked in the house either. Unfortunately, there really isn't anything to do indoors around here. Maybe a trip to Walmart for some craft supplies. If we can get V into preschool this week, that might also help.

So! Here is what we ate last week.. Unfortunately, the zucchini boats weren't all that great. Well, they tasted good, but the recipe was really only enough for one person.  I got lazy last night, so it was spaghetti and meatballs again. It might become a Sunday tradition.

Week 21 Menu:
Monday: Imperial Rice
Tuesday: Lasagna Soup
Wednesday: Black Bean Chicken Casserole
Thursday: Zucchini Boats
Friday: Beef and Broccoli with Rice
Saturday: Sheppard's Pie
Sunday: Spaghetti and Meatballs

Clearly a fan of spaghetti night

  6. Do your girls have rain boots? Or any boots that they could wear outside?! Let 'em stomp around in the rain to get some energy out! We had three weeks straight of rain this summer, with no sunny day in sight, so I know exactly how you feel!
