It's a New Day

Take a look around! Notice anything new? Yep! My brand new Munchkin Land Designs design is up! I'm pretty in love with it. Jenn did a fantastic job! I still have to go through and move some widgets around, possibly remove my old signature from old posts, and customize some of the little things that weren't part of the design, but I'm so excited! It was a nice thing to wake up to after we had household tummy troubles last night.

We still can't figure out how we were contaminated. Adri had stomach issues on Sunday. Then yesterday, it hit the rest of us. Hubster and I were laid out on the couch all afternoon. At first I thought I was just exhausted from my grocery shopping trip. I mean, who isn't exhausted after an hour and a half in Walmart? But there were later other indicators that I was actually sick. V was acting sick as well, but I never really know if she's actually sick or just copying the adults. After she blew chunks all over the living room, I knew it was real.

A few hours into nap time we were awakened by the UPS man dropping off our new $999 MacBook! I wish I could have been excited at the time, but no. I'm pretty sure the box ended up on the counter and we were right back to napping.

Since yesterday afternoon, I've been continuously chugging chamomile tea. I don't think my mug has been empty. Some occasional toast and 1000mg of ibuprofen have helped this morning.  I hope I can squeeze in a nap before Hubs comes home so that I can actually get something done around the house. There are still groceries that need to be put away from yesterday. Oh, and several items that need to be thrown into the washing machine as a result of yesterday.
