Welcome to the third week of Meal Planning Monday with Munchkins and the Military! I'm excited to announce that this week and in the future I'll be teaming up with Lisa from Sorority Life to Army Wife to host a meal planning link up. Meal planning has made a huge difference in the way I shop, cook, and eat, and I hope that my readers can gain something by following along and hopefully linking up their own meal plans.
Although we'll be traveling for part of the week, I'm still going to post what my full meal plan would have looked like. We're going to a wedding, so the plan for each day will probably resemble what I'm actually eat, only I won't be the one cooking. I'll probably be missing out on my all time favorite holiday meal, but I'll be happy if this plan inspires someone else to make the dish.
Week 3 Menu:
Monday: Skillet Ziti with Ground Pork
Tuesday: Crockpot Orange Chicken over rice
Wednesday: Moe's-Style Steak Burritos
Thursday: Baked Parmesan French Toast with Tapenade
Friday: Black Bean Soup with rice and Goya fries plantains
Saturday: Baked Chicken Breast with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes
Sunday: Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage
