The house looks amazing with everything but the furniture removed. I would keep it this way if I could. It's simple and minimalistic.
Our realtor just left and things are looking good! If you're moving to the Fort Stewart/HAAF area, I would love to recommend him. He was fantastic to work with when we purchased our first home.
I can't believe that we're so close to PCSing. It's looking like our famazing kitchen might be the main selling point for getting a renter into our home. I also can't believe that we're going to have to PCS once again towards the end of the year.

ReplyDeleteHow fun ~ renting is such a nightmare sometimes. When we lived in PA we kept our house here as a rental. Fortunately I hired a kick ass property management company for $80/month and they took care of everything!
