Meal Planning Monday - Week 12

I kind of feel like I cheated at meal planning this week. After seeing a yummy looking recipe on Army Wife in the Kitchen last week, I went back when it was time to meal plan, and stole four other recipes. All I had to do was scroll for a few pages until I found what I felt like eating this week, and jot it down. Thank you Jen for providing my inspiration this week.

Week 12 Menu:
Monday: Chicken and Cheese Tortellini
Tuesday: Sheppard's Pie
Wednesday: Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Thursday:  Cheesy Sausage Pasta
Friday: Crockpot Balsamic Chicken
Saturday: Crockpot Beef and Broccoli
Sunday: Vegetable Lasagna

We'll have tons of chicken this week, but I don't mind too much. Aside from the fact that I absolutely despise touching raw poultry, chicken is a good lean protein choice for us as we attempt to eat healthier.

  2. I want to know what you think of the basalmic chicken. I want to try it but am hesitant.
